Senator Manzoor Ahmed Kakar, a member of the Senate of Pakistan, visited the University of Balochistan and held a meeting with the Vice Chancellor, Professor Dr. Zahoor Ahmed Bazai.During the meeting, key issues were discussed including the promotion of higher education in Balochistan, academic development of the university, potential federal-level support for research projects, and infrastructure enhancement. The Vice Chancellor briefed the Senator on the university’s recent achievements, digital initiatives, ongoing academic programs, and future goals.Senator Manzoor Kakar praised the leadership and faculty of the university for their contributions to education and reiterated his commitment to fully support the University of Balochistan through policy-making and resource allocation at the federal level.Professor Dr. Zahoor Ahmed Bazai whythanked the Senator and emphasized that collaboration between universities and legislative bodies plays a crucial role in improving educational standards.
