Raja Junaid Janjua Leads Balochistan Men’s and Women’s Hockey Teams at Balochistan Games Opening Ceremony

Quetta: The grand opening ceremony of the Second Balochistan Games saw Raja Junaid Janjua, an international hockey player, lead both the men’s and women’s hockey teams of Balochistan. Raja Junaid Janjua has proudly represented the Pakistan National Hockey Team at the FIH Olympics Qualifier 2024 in Oman and the FIH 5s Hockey World Cup Oman 2024.Pakistan showcased an outstanding performance at the FIH 5s Hockey World Cup in Oman by defeating Switzerland with a score of 10-4, securing the Challengers Trophy.The opening ceremony was also attended by Sharfat Butt, Finance Secretary of the Balochistan Hockey Association, and Khurram Shehzad, the coach of the Balochistan hockey team.
