The 190th meeting of the Advanced Studies and Research Board (AS&RB) was held at the Syndicate Hall of the University of Balochistan under the chairmanship of Pro Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Ghulam Razaq Shahwani.During the meeting, detailed reviews of key research and academic matters related to MS, MPhil, and PhD programs were conducted. Several research papers, theses, and synopses submitted by various scholars were approved.The board emphasized maintaining high standards of research, fostering creativity, and aligning research activities with national and regional development. It reiterated its commitment to taking all necessary measures to further enhance the effectiveness of research initiatives.The meeting was attended by deans, directors, chairpersons of different faculties, GSO Chairman Dr. Qaiser Iqbal, Registrar Muhammad Tariq Jogezai, Controller of Examinations Dr. Muhammad Sharif Hasni, Director General of Student Affairs Abud Nasser Kiazi, and other members.
