Quetta, Today, the Quetta High Court held a hearing regarding the reserved verdict in the National Assembly seat NA-251 Zhob, Qila Saifullah, Kham Sherani case. The hearing was attended by Advocate Shamsur Rahman, Advocate Ahmad Khan Kakak, and Advocate Azmir Khan Mandokhel, representing the Chairman of Pashtunkhwa Milli Awami Party, Mr. Khushhal Khan Kakak. Despite repeated calls, no representative appeared on behalf of Maulvi Samiuddin.The honorable bench, comprising two judges, Mr. Justice Shaukat Rakhshani and Mr. Justice Gul Hasan Tareen, announced the reserved judgment. The court suspended the Election Commission of Pakistan’s unconstitutional and illegal order related to the transfer of the election petition. It ordered that the petition filed by Khushhal Khan Kakak against Maulvi Samiuddin be referred back and fixed before the previous tribunal under Mr. Justice Amir Nawaz Rana.The decision marks a significant development in the ongoing election dispute.
