Quetta – (PR) Chief Justice of the Balochistan High Court, Rozi Khan Barich, inaugurated the newly constructed Sariab Judicial Complex in Quetta today. The Chief Justice emphasized the importance of delivering timely and efficient justice to the public, stating that the new facility will provide affordable and prompt legal services to the people of the region.
During the ceremony, Chief Justice Barich urged judges and lawyers to uphold integrity by distinguishing right from wrong and eliminating corruption within the legal community. He directed judges to thoroughly examine cases, avoid unnecessary delays, and dispose of matters promptly according to the law.
“The public should face no difficulty in obtaining justice,” said Chief Justice Barich, calling upon all judges to work diligently and treat litigants with kindness and respect. He further stressed that no leniency would be shown towards individuals involved in corruption.
The new judicial complex, located centrally in Quetta, will save citizens both time and resources by eliminating the need to travel to the district courts far from the city center. This development marks a significant step toward enhancing access to justice for the people of Balochistan.
Chief Justice Barich also appealed to lawyers to root out dishonest elements within their ranks and work collectively to uphold the dignity of the legal profession.
The inauguration of the Sariab Judicial Complex reflects the judiciary’s commitment to strengthening the justice system in Balochistan, ensuring fair, timely, and transparent legal proceedings for all.
